1) Create a few banner size limits from the admin area.

2) Generate an HTML code to display ads

3) Paste the generated HTML code in your desired page where you want to show the ads.
Make sure to insert your keyword in the code. If the keyword changes dynamically then you may use PHP code like <?php echo $Keyword_Variable; ?> in the keyword section. If you are using INOUT Search Engine, then use <?php echo $search; ?>

4) Create an advertiser account and log into that.

5) Create a few ads(Text/Banner)

6) Add a few keywords to the newly created ads.

7) From the admin area activate those ads and keywords.

8) Now from the browser, access the page where you have copied the html code in such a
     way that the keyword get filled correctly.

9) The ads may be showing up now if the click bid amount is capable enough to compete
     with other ads keyword bid amount.

10) If it is not showing up, login back to the advertiser account and go for the suggested click
       rate. Now search with the keyword and the ads will be showing up.

11) Click on an ad.

12) Now you will be redirected to the corresponding URL you had set for the ad.

13) Go back to the admin area/the advertiser login area.

14) Check the statistics to see the details of the click.
